At Codinger Plateform, we strive to provide the highest quality educational experience. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

                            Note: By subscribing to any of our plans, you agree to the terms outlined in this refund policy.
                        

1. Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual). Each plan is billed at the start of the subscription period.

2. Cooling-Off Period

You are entitled to a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not accessed more than 20% of the course content.

3. Partial Refunds

If you cancel after the 7-day cooling-off period but within the first 30 days, you may receive a partial refund (50% of the unused portion).

4. No Refund After 30 Days

No refunds will be issued after 30 days from the purchase date, regardless of usage.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.

6. Non-Refundable Items

Competition registration fees (e.g., WAICY, hackathons).
One-on-one private tutoring sessions (once booked).
Physical merchandise or shipping costs.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

We may consider refund requests beyond the stated period on a case-by-case basis for medical or emergency situations. Documentation may be required.
