3. Course Enrollment & Access
Upon purchasing a course or package:
- Access is granted for the duration specified in the package details.
- Sharing account credentials with others is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
- Live sessions must be attended on time; missed sessions may not be compensated unless arranged priorly.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a money-back guarantee under the following conditions:
- Requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
- Less than 25% of the course content has been consumed.
- For live classes, refund requests are accepted before the start of the second session.
5. User Conduct
We promote a safe and respectful learning environment. Any behavior deemed as harassment, bullying, or inappropriate use of the platform (e.g., spamming, sharing offensive content) will result in immediate termination of the account without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
